Hand-off to a human
When the agent is unsure, have it notify your team and stop replying in that chat. Your team answers from the WhatsApp app on the phone, or from the Chats tab in the Flow API console.
Make it feel human
- Call sendTyping before longer answers.
- Mark chats as read with readChat when the agent has handled them.
- Keep answers short; WhatsApp is a chat, not an email.
